Mozzarrela Caprese Bites

1/2 lb fresh pulled mozzarella
Bunch fresh basil leaves
Ripe cherub tomatoes cut in half
Ornamental Picks for skewering
Texas Hill Country Olive Oil
Cut mozzarella into 1/2 in thick slices, using a 1 inch round cutter ring, make little rounds of the mozzarella. Place each piece between the tomatoes along with a basil leaf and skewer them.
Drizzle with some Texas Hill Country Olive Oil, a little seasoning of salt and fresh cracked pepper.
Beautiful on a Plate, and on your Palate.
