Yes, with us you are able to create the perfect gift with our custom boxes. We have many options for customizing the contents and ribbon of your corporate gift boxes. We can also include marketing materials or promotional items you provide inside your gift box. Contact our gift specialists for details.
Yes, we require an order of at least 25 boxes to be apart of our corporate gifting program and get the white glove service.
For orders less than 25 boxes, please go directly through our website.
Yes. We use cardboard based boxes for both our premium gift boxes and our shipping boxes. We also use biodegradable peanuts for shipping.
Yes, please fill out the form below and we can set up a meeting with our corporate gifting specialist to get you started.
No! With our white glove service, we'll do all the hard work. We can even write your gift cards for you, as long as you provide the necessary information. This is a great personal touch to leave a lasting impression on your gift recipient.
Yes! If you would like us to include your own cards or pamphlets, or something that has your company logo or company name, we are happy to include them in the gift box. Any materials you would like us to include need to be sent to us or submitted at least 2 weeks before shipping will begin.
Payments
Yes, we require 50% of the total order to begin the process. The balance is due before the corporate gifts ship out.
ACH is our preferred method of payment for large orders. If you have issues with this payment method, please email sales@texashillcountryoliveco.com to discuss other options.
Shipping
No, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping rates are based on actual costs and are calculated precisely for each gift by factoring in the weight and dimensions of the item, where it is being shipped to, and the service level you select. Because shipping rates are calculated based on the item you choose, we do not have a standard shipping rate table.
Once your gift has left our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your shipment.
Recipient Details
We provide a CSV template to make the process quick and easy. You can use Excel or Google Sheets to update the file, and we will handle the rest.
Your complimentary card message can be up to 180 characters in length, or personalize your card message with up to 800 characters for an additional fee.
